Important Notes 

· Early Bird registration deadline : July 10, 2026

· Registration is required for at least one author of each accepted paper.

· Student registration requires valid student identification.

· On-site registration will be subject to availability.


Registration Fee Includes

· Access to all plenary and technical sessions

· Conference materials

· Electronic conference proceedings

· Coffee breaks including light refreshments
  (coffee, tea, and finger food such as mini sandwiches and pastries)

Payment & Cancellation

Payment Information

Detailed payment instructions will be provided upon completion of the online registration process.
Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit card
  • Bank transfer (international wire transfer fees must be covered by the participant)

Cancellation Policy

  • Before July 20, 2026 : 70% Refund
  • After July 20, 2026 : No Refund
  • All refunds will be processed after the conference

Student Policy

Valid student identification is required for student registration.
